Announcing your opportunity to become part of one of the oldest and most respected Rod and Custom Auto Shows in the country, the Cavalcade of Wheels. The show is held annually at the University of Notre Dame JACC. The Coachmen Auto Club, producers of this even for over 40 years have sponsorship opportunites available for:

Each of these sponsorships offers your business exposure to over 15,000 people who attend the show each year. Plus event Title Rights, Presentation Rights and Associate Show Sponsors gain exposure by having your company name in the show advertising media that exceeds over $25,000.00

Title Rights or Presentation Rights:

The Title Rights and Presentation rights to the Cavalcade of Wheels offers your business the most exposure to the local consumer buying public. First and foremost the name of your company is placed with the Cavalcade of Wheels name in all TV, radio and print media. Also your company is given an opportunity to sell in advance, discounted show tickets or coupons to bring the public into your place of business. Along with all of the above, your company will be given prime floor space in the Cavalcade of Wheels to display, sell or distribute your product during the show. Because the Title Rights and Presentation Rights to the Cavalcade of Wheels is the most involved and prestigious of all our sponsorships, each is negotiated on an individual basis.

Associate Sponsor:

For a cost of only $3,500.00 your company name and logo will be tagged to all TV, radio and print media used in the advertising of the Cavalcade of Wheels. Also, your company will be given a 10' x 20' space in the show to display, sell or distribute your products during the show. Along with the above, you will receive 24 complimentary passes to the show.

Individual Event Sponsor

During the Cavalcade of Wheels there are many activities that take place within the show and we offer the opportunity for your company to sponsor any of these individual events. As each of these events is different from the other, we negotiate the terms of each on an individual basis. In most cases the cost of sponsorship covers the expenses of the individual event. In all Individual Event Sponsorships displaying of your company name in the event area is provided plus your company name is placed on any awards presented during that event along with complementary show passes for you to use. Available events that may be sponsored are the Pit Stop Contest, RC Car Racing, the show event T-Shirts and the Show Trophies among others.

Special Awards:

We have many special awards that given out at the show. You can sponsor one of these awards for $75.00. You will get your name (or company name) engraved on the award and receive 6 passes to the show.

For $45.00 you can be one of the trophy sponsors. You will have your name (or company name) on display with the trophies and receive 6 passes to the show.
